We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. AI-generated content may contain errors, and you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before use.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MODULE DOG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
